Welcome to our website, owned and operated by Advertising Technology Corporation. ATC understands that privacy concerns are of utmost importance when it comes to the use of your personal information. Because we would like to assure you that we are committed to protecting your personal privacy, ATC has created this privacy statement. All products and services offered by ATC are subject to this PRIVACY POLICY.
We store and use the information you give us in accordance with the terms of this Policy. Our registration form requests that you provide certain profile information (like your name, e-mail address, postal address, and phone number). Some of the requested information is required in order to receive ATC Services; other information is optional. The required information is indicated as such on the registration pages of the ATC Web Site. Depending on the specific ATC Services for which a user registers, certain category specific information will be requested. We use this additional data to personalize your ATC experience. By obtaining and using this information, we can provide you with prompt, relevant and individualized service according to your preferences and interests.
Other than the information we require in order to provide one or more ATC Services to you, you do not have to provide any further information. But your election to withhold certain information will limit the value of the ATC experience for you.
In addition, we might receive information about you from outside sources and add it to your ATC membership information. We do this to improve personalization of our services (for example, providing better newsletter content, advertising or special offers that we think will interest you).
We also collect information such as the identification of the server your computer is logged onto and whether you opened an ATC e-mail delivered to you. We also may compare our customer list to lists received from other companies, in an effort to avoid sending identical messages to our members. You can add and modify any of the information you have provided by following the instructions set forth below.
We use all of this information in the following ways:
1. to provide you with personalized information via electronic delivery and/or direct mail;
2. to send you targeted advertising via electronic delivery and/or direct mail;
3. to contact you for feedback and surveys via electronic delivery and/or direct mail;
4. to send you general and administrative information about your ATC membership via electronic delivery and/or direct mail; and
5. to provide your contact information to ATC marketing partners to allow them to send you special offers via electronic delivery and direct mail. This most often occurs when you request that we do so such as when completing an online survey.
Once it is received into our database, your profile information, including your name, e-mail address, home address and any financial or credit information you may have provided to us becomes the property of ATC. This information is passed on to our fulfillment and marketing partners, and affiliates who may utilize the information for personalized target marketing of their products to you.
We employ other companies and individuals to perform certain functions on our behalf. Examples include sending direct and electronic mail, removing duplicate information from customer lists, analyzing data, and providing marketing analysis. These agents have access to member personal information as needed to perform their functions for ATC, but we do not permit them to use it for other purposes.
ATC may sell and/or license the personal information that you provide to us to third party businesses. These businesses may include providers of direct marketing services and applications, including lookup and reference, data enhancement, suppression and validation, email marketing, and telemarketing.

These reports include aggregate (non-personal) information about ATC members, and in certain instances, visitors to the ATC Web Site. The information in these reports will not identify you individually. Our business partners who have access to these reports will not be able to contact you from the information contained in the reports.
The ATC Web Site, as well as the electronic messages sent as part of the ATC Service, may contain links to other sites or services. ATC is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such third party sites. If you have a question about the privacy policy of those other sites, please contact them directly.
ATC may revise this Policy at any time in the future to (i) improve or modify the ATC Service, (ii) reflect future developments in ATC data information gathering, storing and release practices, (iii) comply with applicable laws, and (iv) reflect changes in ATC business structure. Accordingly, you should review these terms and policy from time to time to check for updates. Your continued use of the ATC website shall evidence your acceptance of any changes.
With respect to your Social Security Number, ATC. has instituted various practices to prevent the disclosure of your Social Security Number. First, ATC only carries out the collection of SSNs when it is reasonably necessary for the proper administration of lawful business. ATC will secure your information by eliminating the public display of SSNs and by protecting SSNs with security safeguards. In order to eradicate the public display of your SSN, ATC will not put SSNs on documents that are widely seen by others, send documents with SSNs on them through the mail, nor send SSNs by email unless the connection is secure or the SSNs is encrypted. ATC will limit access to records containing your SSN only to those who need to see the numbers for the performance of their duties. ATC will not store records containing SSNs on computers or other electronic devices that are not secured against unauthorized access, and will protect records containing SSNs during storage by encrypting the numbers in electronic records or storing records in other media (including back-ups) in locked cabinets and/or locked rooms within our facility which require key access, security card access and code access. The security safeguards are carried out through written policies we have developed for protecting the confidentiality of SSNs, including, but not limited to, adopting a “clean desk/work area” policy requiring our employees to properly secure records containing SSNs, prohibiting employees from leaving voice mail messages containing SSNs, and discarding or destroying records in any medium using a method that protects their confidentiality (i.e. shredding). Lastly, ATC will provide training for our employees on their responsibility in handling SSNs. ATC will fulfill these duties in order to ensure the safety of this personal information.

The process will not only remove you from the email list for this website, but for the approximately 40 other websites owned and operated by ATC. So, if you want to change your status to have all of your personally identifiable information removed from our active database, please go to the “Global Unsubscribe link and click on the link and enter your email address.
